I’m Maria Acosta, a proud Puerto Rican currently pursuing my Master’s in Luxury Business Management at Regent’s University London. My journey with Michelin dining began early, sparked by family traditions and a reverence for culinary artistry. But it wasn’t until my late teens that I began to shape that passion into something more purposeful—merging my academic background in journalism with a lifelong love for storytelling and a desire to experience the world’s finest restaurants.
Only The Best by Maria is a curated journal of those experiences: honest, discerning, and written with intent.
